West Texas is hard to define. Yes, it's wild, open and harsh. But it teams with life. Most native Texans don't even realize it's home to aoudad, bear and native elk.
We had the opportunity to visit Cibolo Creek Ranch with our friends at Marfa Spirit. What started as a once if a lifetime elk hunt, led to a unique spirit that embodies what West Texas is all about.
