If I pre-order a product when will it ship?
Thank you for supporting Duck Camp with your pre-order! For select products that are marked with a pre-order, the product has been reserved for you once your order has been placed. We will ship your order out to you as soon as we receive the product. The estimated shipping date for pre-orders is provided on the product page and within the shopping cart. Once your order has shipped you will receive an update via email.
How do I know what size of shirt I should order?
Duck Camp believes in a more modern fit. You won't find our shirts to be big and baggy like some other brands. If you need sizing information you can view our Sizing Guide to determine the size that would best fit you. If you're in-between sizes we recommend ordering up a size. So, if you wear a Medium in some brands and a Large in others, you'll probably be happy with a Large from us.
Additionally, the Lightweight and Midweight shirts should not shrink, but the Heavyweight will have a little shrinkage the first time you wash it.
What camo pattern would be best for me?
This all depends on the environment and season you'll be hunting in. You can find information on our camouflage patterns on our Camo Pattern guide. If you would like additional information or help deciding between our camo patterns please reach out to us.
What's the difference between Lightweight, Midweight, and Heavyweight shirts?
Our Lightweight Wingshooter shirts are designed for warm weather (70° or above). Our Midweight shirts are best for when the temperature is 45 - 75°. The Heavyweight Wingshooter shirts are ideal for the cold weather hunts (50° or below) and design to be worn with layers. The Heavyweight will also be a little roomier in fit so that you can layer under it.
How long should it take to ship my order?
At Duck Camp, we know how exciting it is to put your hands on that new gear, so we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to be processed.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order please contact us right away. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify your order after it has shipped.
Where do I enter my promo code?
If you have received a promo code you can enter it during checkout. Please make sure your promo code has been applied prior to submitting your order.
Do you offer a pro program?
Yes, Duck Camp offers an industry program for professionals in the hunting and outdoor industry including guides, outfitters, storytellers, and select industry professionals. Please contact us to apply for this program and all submissions will be reviewed.
Do you offer a military discount program?
Yes, Duck Camp offers a military discount program to active duty and veterans. Please contact us to apply for this program using your military email address or include a form of military affiliation that can be used for verification. All submissions will be reviewed.
How do I place a bulk order?
Can you embroider my company logo on your shirt?
Yes, please contact us or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you pricing and details around custom embroidering your logo on our Wingshooter shirts or screenprinting on our Bamboo Sun Shirts.
Final shipping dates for guaranteed delivery by December 24th are as follows:
- USPS Shipping by Wednesday, December 18th
- Order Fedex 2-day by Thursday, December 19th
- Fedex Overnight by Friday, December 20th
What shipping options do you offer?
Our standard shipping option is FedEx Ground and a tracking link will be provided upon shipment. Orders shipping to a PO Box will be sent via USPS Priority. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to be processed.
We offer FedEx 2-Day ($25) and FedEx Overnight ($40) shipping for orders over $50. Expedited orders must be placed before 2 PM CST for them to ship the same day. Please note when estimating expedited shipping excludes weekends and Saturday delivery from your estimated delivery as well as holidays. If you're needing your product shipped out through another carrier or expedited please contact us.
Do you offer shipping to PO Boxes?
Yes, we ship via USPS and offer shipping to PO Boxes. Simply enter your PO Box address for your shipping address and your order will be delivered to your post office box.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free standard shipping is available if your product total is $149 and over. For orders that are:
- $0– $50 shipping is $5.95
- $50 – $74.99 shipping is $7.95
- $75 – $148.99 shipping is $9.95
- $149 and up shipping is free
Additional shipping options are available. Please exclude holidays and weekends from your estimated delivery. Holidays and holiday delivery schedules may vary per shipping carrier.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
You can return your item(s) purchased from Duck Camp up to 30 days after the purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with hangtags affixed if possible. Please visit Duck Camp Support Portal to use our interactive returns and exchange portal. You'll be able to generate a return form and a self-addressed shipping label to send the product back to us. You may return or exchange your products at our Showroom as well. There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Bulk orders or multiple orders being returned by the same individual may require a restocking fee.
- All returns are subject to a $8/order restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.
- We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items marked Final Sale.
Customized products and custom printed products are non-refundable. This includes custom embroidery and Game Bird Prints.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed for the purchase price of the product, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-15 business days. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us. You can view all the updates on processing of return item & refunds on the Duck Camp Support Portal
Please process any and all exchanges through the Duck Camp Support Portal. You can easily exchange your original purchase with any item in the store. Once you've made your choice, the portal will provide a label to send the product back to us for exchange on regularly priced products. Exchanges are based upon product availability and portal will allow you to exchange your items across different prices for free!
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you can exchange it for a different option by visiting Duck Camp Support Portal and choosing "Gift Return". If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver. Please contact us if you face this issue.
To return your product, please visit Duck Camp Support Portal to receive your return form and prepaid shipping label. Once you have a return authorization number you should mail your product to: Duck Camp 400 Industrial Blvd Austin, TX 78745 along with your return form
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary. You will receive an email once your return product has shipped to you along with tracking information.
