Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Sorry to hear that your Polo isn't holding up the way you had hoped. Given the nature of the fabric there may be some minimal pilling over time but shouldn't be anything dramatic. If the care instructions are followed any pilling may be after 15/20 washes and minimal. Other things that can cause pilling is rubbing on rough surfaces when being warn or being washed with rough fabrics. All that being said, if you wouldn't mind sending in some pictures of the gear I would be happy to see what we can do to help.
