The Helm Shirt is fantastic. It fits well, feels great and is easy to move in.

Bought this shirt in Large and took the following measurements: chest 22.75", shoulder 18.5", sleeve 24.5", back 30". Compared to other shirts I have this runs on the small side for a Large. However, one other measurement runs counter to this: the neck was 18", which is more like the size of an XL.

So, the shirt runs small except for at the neck, where it is larger than expected. Sizing aside, the shirt is excellent in every way.
