After wash and dry, the two different materials shrank (or not) differently, so the front covering was somewhat crinkled at the stitching. No problem for me, as the purpose of the pants wasn’t to look like a model. I suppose you could iron it, if you were a fashion stickler. I’m quite satisfied with the britches. Waist is true to size, even after a wash. I’m a store-bought 35” and ordered a 36”, and need a belt - but just barely. By that, I mean that the waist size is relative to where you like your belt line - or more simply, if you like to let them droop down your rear, or pull them up for the inseam length to be "just right" for you. Manufacturers have no way to know which kind of guy you are, so knowing that these are sized about like a pair of Levi's is useful.
