Style or performance?

I bought this jacket from a friend in a pinch, thinking it was a fully waterproof jacket like it was marketed as. I can say after sitting outside in a pretty good rain storm, my jacket was completely soaked through within the first 30 minutes. For the price point I think this is jacket is a little bit miss marketed. It IS NOT water proof and will leave you cold and wet if you are truly out in unfavorable conditions. This jacket is not worth the money!
