Seth Siegel-Gardner
Chef. Restaurateur. Outdoorsman.
Born and raised in Houston, Seth Siegel-Gardner oversees the culinary and creative direction for Local Foods Group, a collection of restaurants spanning multiple cuisines and concepts. Prior to that, he led acclaimed restaurants in Houston and Marfa and trained under renowned chefs including Gordon Ramsay and Marcus Samuelsson in London, New York, and Chicago.
When he's not in the kitchen, Seth can usually be found chasing redfish on the Gulf Coast, hunting South Texas doves, or cooking over a live fire with friends
“That constant drive to learn and get better has been a huge part of my journey in the industry. Getting to cook with the Duck Camp tribe and see how far we can push the live fire cooks or skiff lunch packouts keeps me motivated to challenge myself every trip."

Why is the Duck Camp brand special to you?

What’s your favorite Game Series hat?
The New Gulf Shrimp hat feels like something my friends and I would have traded back and forth in high school and I love that it reminds me of why the shrimp is the hero in so many Southern regional dishes - shout out campechana.
What’s your favorite piece of Duck Camp gear?
The new Brrr Lightweight Rockport Hoodie is the piece that gets used the most by me. In the Field, on the boat, at the gym, and working big live fire events.
