Nicky Mill
Angler. Hunter. Podcaster.
Nicky works as a fishing guide on Colorado’s Roaring Fork and Frying Pan Rivers. Raised in South Florida, he grew up fishing the Everglades and chasing tarpon on fly, while also developing a deep passion for bowhunting elk and mule deer.
Nicky co-hosts the Mill House Podcast with his dad, Andy Mill. The person who introduced him to the outdoors and shaped his path that led him to where he is today.
“Born and raised in South Florida, I grew up fishing the Everglades and the waters from Miami to Key West, chasing anything that would bite. Fly fishing for tarpon quickly became an obsession, but my true passion lies in bowhunting elk and mule deer in the high country.”

What’s your bucket list destination to hunt and fish?
Dall Sheep in Alaska & Tarpon fishing in Africa.
Why is the Duck Camp brand special to you?
Duck Camp is special to me because they took a chance on us early, back when we were just starting our podcast. More than five years later, they’ve continued to support us and our goal to help preserve the history of saltwater fly fishing.
I love what the brand stands for, the way they support organizations that fight for our resources, and the quality of products they make - but most of all, I love the people behind the brand.

What’s your favorite Game Series hat?
I’d have to go with the Turkey Hat.
What’s your favorite piece of Duck Camp gear?
My favorite piece hands down is the Airflow Insulated Hoodie.
