Will Never Shop Duck Camp Again

I recently ordered and received a Man's Airflow Insulated Hoodie "jacket.". After I received it, I tried it on and although it fits, it is very thin, much thinner than what I need.
The jacket is definitely not what I thought I was getting. I tried to return the jacket this morning only to learn that Duck Camp "does NOT accept returns on this jacket." Accordingly, as a senior citizen with very limited income, I now have to find and purchase myself another jacket.

I plan to call them on Monday and verbally request a return, but have doubts it will do any good.
Lesson Learned: If you are considering ordering this jacket, you had better make absolutely sure it is the correct size, color, and warmth you need. Otherwise, you may end up being stuck with itlike I am.
