The customer service was excellent. I ordered the wrong size and I called to check to see if the correct size was still available. The person I spoke to checked and confirmed that it was still available. He pulled it to the side for me and told me it would be mailed out as soon as they received confirmation the incorrect one was mailed. The return process was so easy. I was sent a return label within minutes. I mailed my items back on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and received my new items by the following Monday. It was so easy! I love the set. It is so comfortable and I got so many compliments when I wore it! Thank you!
