Official Sweepstakes Rules & Terms

1. Sponsor

The Duck Camp SMS Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Duck Camp, LLC ("Sponsor"), located at:

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 5:00 PM Central Time ("CT") on July 6th, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on July 18, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period").

Entries received outside of the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, partners of Sponsor, and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and persons living in the same household are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

Existing SMS Subscribers

Individuals actively subscribed to receive Duck Camp SMS marketing messages as of July 6th, 2026 at 5:00 PM CT will automatically receive one (1) entry.

No further action is required.

New SMS Subscribers

Eligible individuals who successfully enroll in Duck Camp's SMS marketing program by submitting the official Klaviyo SMS signup form during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically receive one (1) entry.

Standard SMS program terms apply.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without subscribing to SMS, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, mobile phone number, and date of birth on a 3" × 5" card and mail it to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than July 20th, 2026 and received by July 24, 2026 to be eligible.

No purchase or SMS subscription is required to enter or win.

5. Entry Limits

Limit one (1) entry per natural person.

Regardless of the method of entry, multiple entries by the same individual, multiple phone numbers, multiple email addresses, automated entries, bots, scripts, or other fraudulent methods are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) Duck Camp Digital Gift Card valued at $1,000 USD.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,000.00

The Digital Gift Card may be redeemed online at duckcamp.com or at Duck Camp retail locations and is subject to Duck Camp's standard Gift Card Terms.

Prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

7. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about July 21, 2026 from all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified using the email address and/or mobile phone number associated with their entry.

The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours after the initial notification.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding the prize.

9. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes is subject to Duck Camp's Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, SMS Terms & Conditions, and these Official Rules.

Entrants who subscribe to SMS may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in Sponsor's SMS messages.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, force majeure events, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor's decisions regarding all matters relating to the Sweepstakes are final and binding.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered entries or communications, nor for technical failures, network interruptions, wireless carrier issues, internet outages, or other malfunctions affecting participation.

12. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from the Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

13. Acceptance

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor.

14. Third-Party Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is sponsored solely by Duck Camp, LLC and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Klaviyo, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Apple, any wireless carrier, or any other third party. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
