Merino Wool Care Instructions
Machine wash cold with similar colors on gentle cycle. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Line dry only as wool may shrink in some dryers.
No longer will I have chattering teeth as I’m set up on ole’ tom. (Well not from being cold😜)
Seems nice really soft. It’s my first merino set not much base for comparison but first impression I think it will function well for me. I like nice thumb holes. Some just put an awkward slit in cuff.
winters in the Midwest can be tough, and wool base layers are great for days out in the field. I bought a second set of bottoms and top to wear at work as well, and they do not disappoint. Please follow the wash and dry instructions, or they will shrink a little. I am 6’2 190lb and the larges fit very well.
These base layers are the best I have found so far! They are not too constricting and they add the necessary warmth I was looking for. I also enjoy the thumb holes, which gives a bit more warmth to the hands and makes it easier to layer. THe biggest part though, is the texture! Often times the merino wool base layers have a somewhat abrasive texture that seems to almost want to attach itself to everything. These base layers did not have that! Huge win!!
I was a bit tentative about this purchase as to quality for the price. But Duck Camp came thru excellent quality, feel and most of all comfort. As an avid hunter all my life, I’ve learned that layering is the key to warmth and comfort in the field. And merino wool is the best base layer in my opinion but it needs to be of high quality. And on the mark this set is top notch and fits the bill to a tee. PS for an ol’ man like myself, this added layer of great warmth and comfort gives me extra time and days in the field. Thank you Duck Camp for quality goods for the Outdoor Sports.
I never received anything. FedEx either dropped it off at the wrong place or it was stolen from my porch.
Super soft and the warmest base layers I have ever used.
These are so soft!! I bought the top and bottoms for my two college age boys who are avid outdoorsmen. They do not care so much about what they have on, but MOM does. I want to make sure they are warm and cozy when I am not there. I enjoy spoiling them. Both say that I am the Best Mom for getting them these long underwear. They had no idea it could feel so good. Until now they had no idea they could feel this good while hunting in the woods :)
I bought a pair of thermals a few weeks again and wore them on a few coyote hunts and I was surprised with how comfortable and warm they are. I would highly recommend these thermals for hunting/comfort on cold days... I will probably purchase a second pair because my wife continues to steal them.
I just recently purchased the shirt I found it to be of great quality I wore it for the 1st time this past weekend I would strongly suggest it to anyone looking for a base layer top
