Orders must be placed by the date and times listed above to be shipped out for delivery by Christmas which will be on or before December 24th, 2018. Shipping cutoff times are for orders placed within the contiguous United States. Shipping cutoff dates are based upon information provided by USPS and FedEx and are not guaranteed delivery. Shipping delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events may increase the delivery timeframe and arrive after Christmas. Expedited shipping options may not be available in all areas.
Please note that Duck Camp does appear on the outside of the shipping box and all orders include a gift receipt in the box.

Return and Exchange Information
We want to make sure your 100% satisfied with your purchase or gift from Duck Camp. You can return or exchange your order for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. We ask that merchandise be unused with hangtags still affixed if possible. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. View our full return and exchange policy for additional information.
To return or exchange an item please contact us or send us an email at email@example.com. Please let us know if you want to exchange or return an item(s) along with what item(s) you would like to exchange or return. If you are doing an exchange please include the new size(s) you need. Once we receive your refund or exchange request we will respond with a prepaid USPS label to send the item(s) back to us and details regarding your refund or exchange.

Can I edit or cancel my order?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to edit or cancel your order. We do attempt to ship your order as quickly as possible so we may not be able to edit or cancel your order.
How do I include a gift message or receipt with my order?
All orders include a gift receipt in the box. To include a gift message with your order please include your name and your message in the gift message box in your shopping cart. This information will need to be entered prior to going to checkout.
Can I order products that are out of stock?
For products that are marked as pre-order, you may submit your order and the estimated shipping date will be provided. This date is not guaranteed and could change. We are unable to offer backorders for products that are out of stock. Please submit your email address per product to be notified when the product is available again.
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
A shipping notification along with tracking will be sent out after your order has shipped. You'll be able to track your package along receive an estimated delivery date for your order. Please continue to track your package to make sure that it will be received on time.
